Missouri Legislators

The Fayette R-III School District is being served by Representatives Tim Taylor, District 48, and Chuck Basye, District 47, and by Senator Denny Hoskins, who represents District 21 in the Missouri Senate.

 

Tim Taylor (Republican Party) is a member of the Missouri House of Representatives, representing District 48. He won in the general election on November 3, 2020 and assumed office on January 6, 2021. His current term ends on January 3, 2023.

He serves the counties of Howard, Cooper, Saline, Pettis, Chariton, and Randolph.

Mr. Basye was elected to the Missouri House of Representatives in 2014.  He lives in Rocheport and represents parts of Boone, Howard, Cooper, and Randolph Counties.

Senator Denny Hoskins, represents District 21 in the Missouri Senate, which covers Caldwell, Carroll, Howard, Johnson, Lafayette, Livingston, Ray and Saline counties. He served in the House of Representatives in 2009 – 2016 and in 2016 he was elected to serve in the Missouri Senate.
