Mr. Doolin started serving the Fayette School District in 2017 as the Clark Middle School Principal.  He accepted the title of Assistant Superintendent in 2019 and continued in both capacities for the last 3 years.  He started his teaching career in 2000 as a high school business teacher and completed his vocational certificate at that time.  He has a Bachelors of Religious Studies from Central Christian College of the Bible and a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Buena Vista University in Storm Lake, IA.    He earned his Masters and Education Specialist Degrees from William Woods University during his career in education.  His wife Emily and daughters Gracie and Ella are the truly talented people in the family and the greatest benefit to the school and community.  

Mrs. Duren began her tenure at Fayette in 2013.  As Director of Student Services, Mrs. Duren serves as the Special Education Process Coordinator, Foster Care and Homeless Liaison, ELL and 504 Coordinator, and PAT Director.  Her previous experience includes teaching middle and high school music at Harrisburg and New Franklin schools and special education at Daly Elementary. Mrs. Duren received a Bachelor's degree from Central Methodist University and Master's degree in Educational Administration from William Woods University.

Mrs. Dodson has worked for the Fayette School District since 2022. Mrs. Dodson is the Administrative Assistant to the Superintendent Mrs. Dodson has been the School Board Secretary since 2022. I enjoy spending time with my family, working in my garden. I have been married to Daniel for 17 years, and we have been blessed with 3 beautiful children, McKenna- Freshman, Karson- Junior, and Bryleigh- Senior. I am a proud alumni of Fayette High School! Go Falcons!

Julee Busker is the Core/Data MOSIS/School Insights/and Food Service. Julee started with the district in July of 2024. 

  Hello! My name is Lisa Gebhardt and I am the Bookkeeper for the Fayette School District. I enjoy working with our great teachers and staff. I was raised in Howard County and am a proud Fayette graduate. I am thankful my three daughters were raised here too. My oldest daughter, Kaleigh Canote, is married to Chewy and they live in Harrisburg. They have blessed me with two beautiful granddaughters, Penelope, and Lucy. Kassidy Hoover is married to Kaden and she is a Physical Therapist in Kansas City. Olivia is a senior at UMKC. A few of my favorite hobbies include reading, hiking, and spending time with my family.
