Fayette R-III School District is seeking applications for a Full-Time School Counselor for Pre-K through 5th Grades for the 2025-2026 school year. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and student-centered with the ability to deliver a comprehensive school counseling program. The program should meet the career, academic, and social-emotional needs of the students. The counselor will provide classroom lessons, brief counseling for individual students and groups, and refer to appropriate community resources. The school counselor will also consult with teachers, staff, and parents regarding meeting the developmental needs of students.
