Hello!  My name is Cassidy Spaeder.  I am the Counselor for Daly Elementary!  I live in Fayette with my husband and our two boys. 

Philosophy of Counseling

~ To provide support and guidance to each student developmentally, socially, educationally, and emotionally.  The Counseling program will prepare each student to be respectful and responsible for themselves throughout their lifetime.

~ The purpose of counseling is to support and encourage students to take responsibility for his or her actions and to set his or her own goals for counseling. The student will form a relationship with the counselor in an effort to achieve personal goals.

~ The Counselor will provide each student with unconditional support in every aspect of their lives. The counselor will uphold the student's confidence in the counseling relationship and adhere to the ethical standards of the American Counseling Association and the American School Counseling Association.
